Fiji’s 1st Facebook Competition – Model Star of Fiji!
CALLING on all aspiring models with Fijian origins regardless of what part of the world you live in now- this is your time to shine!

Fiji Fashion Week is looking for the Model Star of Fiji!
Win $500 FD cash and heaps of other great prizes.
The winner will also open Fiji Fashion Week's first show.
We want to see who you are and so do our Facebook Fans as they will be the judge!
Send us a full length pic of yourself in shorts or a short skirt and a sleeveless top to info@fijifashionweek.com.fj and tell us in less than 25 words why you should be the Model Star of Fiji.
Your pic will be posted into an album on our Facebook page where your fans, friends and family can “like” you.
This competition runs from 1 April 2011 to June 2011.
Entries will be posted on 1-15 of each month.
Judging will take place on 15-30 of each month
“Likes” will be counted on 30th of each month with the top 3 male & female winners going into the finals in July.
The winner will be announced in July!
“Liking” for the Finalists will start on 1-15 July, the winner will be announced 16 July 2011.

Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Proof of one parent born in Fiji
2. FJFW is not responsible for airline tickets, accommodation, food and beverage to and from and whilst in Fiji unless prior arrangements are confirmed
3. Aspiring models must be at least 5’ 8” in height
4. Minimal tattoos are accepted but no visible scars
5. Cash Prize is in Fiji Dollars
6. Winner agrees to be contracted to Models Fiji a subsidiary of Fashion Week Ltd
7. Winner will go into the running for Model Star of the Pacific Competition to be announced soon.

Terms and Conditions of Voting
1. Winners will be chosen according to how many times their photo is ‘liked’.
2. Should there be a draw, the 2 candidates involved will go into a final voting round in order to announce 1 winner.
3. FJFW expects the Winner will be an outstanding representative for our country Fiji and will be able to show proof of this if required.
Prizes: $500FD, Photo shoot to the value of $2,000, 2 specially made garments and jewellery by local award winning Designers, Pure Fiji gift hamper, accessories, beauty treatments and 2 VIP Passes to each Fiji Fashion Week show, and the exclusive VIP lounge.. Who knows this could kick off a fabulous modeling career!
This competition is open to all aspiring models of Fijian origin so lets spread the word and get your friends and family to start ‘liking’ your photo by the end of each month!
To enter the competition email a photo of you looking your best to tamsyn@fijifashionweek.com.fj - these photos will then be posted into an album on facebook where the judging will take place.
